Do I need to have an account to receive packages at your location?
Yes. You would need to have either a parcel receiving account or mailbox account in order to receive packges with us.
How long will you hold my packages?
We will hold packages for 6 months but after 30 days we charge storage fees and we charge 25 cents per day.
Do you take UPS, FedEx, USPS drop offs?
We do receive drop off packages but we can't take anything with a QR code. If you have the option to print a label we can print it for you in our store. You would just need to send it to our email at secmailforwarding@yahoo.com.
Do you receive large shipments at your location?
Yes. But if the shipment is on a skid or pallet and needs to be lifted with a forklift we ask that it be shipped to our warehouse on 1160 Yew Ave here in Blaine. They are able to better accomadate large shipments. But please be sure to come to our store on 250 H Street before you pick up so we can take payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Canadian and American cash as well as cards except for American Express and we have a $6 minimum charge on a card.
How do I add credits to my account? How much should I add and what can I use them for?
You can add credits to your account when you come in to our store or online and you can add as much as you would like. Credits are used to pay for packages, pay for shipping, overnight lockers and to renew accounts.
Do you do shipping? How much will it cost?
Yes we do. We can't give an exact amount on the cost because it depends on the size of the package, the weight and where it is being delivered. If you would like a quote give us a call or email with the package dimensions, weight and address to where it will be delivered.
My package is showing that it was delivered but I didn't receive a notification from you guys. What should I do?
If you do not receive a notification from us after a day of your package being marked as delivered you can either call us or send us an email with the tracking number.
Who can receive packages under my account?
Only people listed under Also Receive For can order packages under your account. You can have up to 2 names listed.
How do I make a locker request?
You can make a locker request by logging in to your account and clicking on the Overnight Lockers tab.
